The fourth season of Gåsmamman (Banijay Rights) sees the return of most of the surviving regular cast, led by the incomparable Alexandra Rapaport (The Sandhamn Murders) as Sonja, matriarch of the Ek-Nordin clan. Spoiler alert: Sonja lives! Of course she does, there’s no show without her!
Sonja wakes up after a six-month coma to find the world and her children have moved on without her: Nina is pregnant with Zac’s child, Linus lives in a foster home and Gustav is studying at the police academy. But some things never change: Sonja learns she has a price on her head courtesy of the Colombian cartel and must take desperate measures to pay them off. But the more she tries to put out the fire, the more the conflagration spreads out of control…
