At the end of Season 5, Léa dared to take the plunge. She left Paul a note that referenced their marriage 25 years earlier – a way to tell him, subtly but surely, that she was ready to start over with him. But while she feverishly waited for a response from Paul, Inès found the note before he saw it and destroyed it.

This is how Season 6 opens – with a terrible misunderstanding between Léa and Paul. Léa takes Paul’s silence as a refusal. She blames herself for having believed, and tries to distance herself from him so as not to suffer. Paul, for his part, is ignorant of everything doesn’t understand why Léa is so closed off towards him…
