Elisabeth (Laura Sepul) doesn’t want to be in the family banking business, but when her brother Paul collapses and slips into a coma — diabetes? drugs? foul play? — she feels she needs to follow the ominous contingency plans he put in place. This Swiss series (in French, with English subtitles) teases out both seedy financial sagas and potent sibling squabbling à la “Succession,” although it’s nowhere near as flashy.
