Detectives Liv Moormann (Jasna Fritzi Bauer) and Linda Selb (Luise Wolfram) return to the streets of Bremen for three more unsettling cases in Tatort: Harbor Crimes Season 2. The contrasting investigators bring their own strengths to the partnership, tackling crimes that expose dark secrets beneath the surface of everyday life in this northern German port city.
In “Fear in the Dark”, a survival experiment takes a horrifying turn when three mothers venture into the forest to test whether their teenage children could find their way home without technology. When one woman disappears and is found dead, Moormann and Selb investigate a web of neighborhood rivalries, family tensions and a suspicious figure with a troubling past.
“Silent Night” finds the detectives on Christmas duty when a retired ship’s captain is found shot dead in his room. With family members and a crew member gathered nearby, the investigators must unravel the relationships and resentments surrounding the victim.
In “As Long as You’re Breathing”, a badly disfigured body washes ashore on the Weser River. As the detectives work to identify the victim, their investigation leads into the disturbing world of stalking, investigative journalism and toxic relationships, where the lines between victim and perpetrator become increasingly blurred.
With three distinctive mysteries and a compelling central partnership, this latest collection delivers more atmospheric crime drama from Bremen.
