Set in Saint-Chamas in the stunning Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, the French domestic thriller Off Track (Federation International) stars Sara Mortensen (The Art of Crime, Murder In…) as Elsa, a seemingly ordinary wife and mother who goes out for a run one day and never comes home. Elsa’s disappearance leads her husband Laurent (Gil Alma, Alice Nevers, Call My Agent) to freak out and the local police, led by Lt. Cédric Martineau (Christopher Bayemi, Cassandre, Murder In…), to stumble around in the dark looking for answers – as every mystery solved yields even more unanswered questions. In later episodes, Samuel Labarthe (Agatha Christie’s Criminal Games) appears as Bernard, a man with a secret connection to Elsa’s past… The less we say here, the better.
