One moment you’re in your forties, enjoying a successful career as a lawyer with a beautiful family. The next moment, you wake up in the body of your 18-year-old self at a nurse’s station, a place you can only recognize from your time at a campsite on the stunning coast of the Salento peninsula in Italy.

Elio (Lino Guanciale, La Porta Rossa) finds himself in a complicated situation after a car accident triggers memories he’d long forgotten. What are those memories? He was the last person to see his friend and first love, Arianna, before she mysteriously disappeared over 30 years ago, with no recollection of what happened on that fateful day.

Now, Arianna’s body has been recovered in a stolen vehicle just a couple of miles from the campsite. With his regained memories, Elio must navigate the trials and tribulations to prove his innocence.
