A farmer’s life is the same around the world – hooked into the rhythm and seasons of the earth and livestock. In the documentary Four Seasons in Rural Sicily (RAI Com) Sicilian farmer Giovanni and his son carry on the techniques passed on to them from family and community. They seek to maintain and revive what is uniquely Sicilian – from chicken farming with unique local breeds to growing ancient varieties of wheat.
