Scottish Gaelic drama Bannan Season 8 begins streaming September 30, 2025 on MHz Choice.
The tight-knit community on the idyllic Isle of Skye is back for a final season. One of the downsides of a small town is that everyone is in each other’s business. The upside of course is that we get to watch all the drama unfold.

For those who have watched Bannan Seasons 1-7 here’s a quick recap of where the series left off.
Season 8 begins at the worst after-party ever. Màiri and Lucas’ wedding ends in disaster when Ceitidh reveals Lucas to be her mystery online paramour. Tensions boil over as Lucas claims he was trying to help Ceitidh while Anndra stews in anger. The rest of the town’s drama will have to wait while Màiri struggles with who to believe.
