Set in Geneva, Switzerland, Minor Offence introduces us to characters within the Juvenile Court who have vastly different approaches to working with teens who are in and out of trouble.
A burglary leads Juvenile Police officer Kadi Keïta (Assa Sylla: Captain Marleau) to the young and impulsive Malik, a known low-level criminal who is familiar with the Swiss justice system. Malik then becomes a suspect in the disappearance of a young girl, which to some investigators seems outside the realm of his capability. The others involved in the case are Anaïs Joly (Noémie Schmidt: Cheeky Business) a social worker with a warm heart and judge Gabrielle Favre (Marie Gillain: Speakerine), who also has a warm heart but is stern when she needs to be.
