We put together a personalized list for her, and again this year we decided to expand that list and share it with everyone! Premonitions – The Complete Series

OK, a bit of a cheat here but we couldn’t select just one episode of this supremely spooky Canadian supernatural drama about a psychically-gifted family on the run from a mysterious threat. The acting is terrific, particularly Pascale Bussières as Jacob family matriarch Clara and Sophie Desmarais as her daughter Liliane.
Why it’s great Halloween viewing:
It’s very gothic and creepy and yes, a bit campy – and there’s more than a hint of The Shining running throughout the series.

Luc and Fabio find themselves drawn to the case of a young woman found hanged in a haunted castle…

As they investigate the murder, Freddy and Max are drawn further into a world of children’s fears – and grown-ups’ nightmares…
Why it’s great Halloween viewing:
There’s more than a hint of Stephen King in this eerie fever dream of an episode, as Freddy and Max encounter the strange denizens of an impoverished rural community and their disturbed children. Spooky direction by Niki Stein, who helmed some of the most memorable of the early Tatort: Cologne episodes.

Crime Scene Cleaner – An Assignment From Beyond
