The Icelandic crime drama Reykjavik Fusion blends high-end cuisine with organized crime in a deliciously tense, character-driven narrative set in modern-day Iceland. Premiering in 2025 as a limited series in six delectable episodes, it was cooked up by producers Hörður Rúnarsson and Birkir Blær Ingólfsson and quickly gained attention for its unusual premise and flavorful performances.

At the center is Jónas, played by noted character actor Ólafur Darri Ólafsson (Severance, Trapped), a gifted chef recently released from prison after a wrongful conviction.
