Norwegian drama Liv returns for a second season with the Nygaard family facing new challenges involving their complicated family history, personal relationships and a substantial pharmaceutical fortune. The series centers on siblings Ingrid Nygaard (Charlotte Grundt), Tobias Nygaard (Jesper Malm) and Henrik Nygaard (Jo Saberniak), whose lives remain connected to their family’s business interests and their roots in northern Norway.
